对虾是我国重要的水产养殖种类。近年来,随着集约化养殖及生态环境的不断恶化,由病原和环境胁迫引起的对虾疾病频繁暴发,给中国对虾养殖业造成了严重的经济损失,制约了虾类养殖业的健康可持续发展。肠道是对虾营养和免疫的主要器官组织,本书从对虾肠道应激响应和健康调控入手,介绍了氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化物、高温、弧菌、细菌内毒素等逆境胁迫对对虾肠道健康的影响,以及丁酸酯、琥珀酸、丁酸梭菌、植物乳酸杆菌在对虾肠道健康中的调控作用。本书结合作者近年来取得的研究成果,理论研究和实践相结合,可为广大对虾养殖从业者提供指导,也可供水产养殖专业的师生、相关科技人员及管理人员阅读和参考。
