     该书主要论述银行与中小企业的关系。这些中小企业大多是私营企业,他们为我国的经济发展做出了巨大贡献,然而,他们的融资与借贷却时常面临困境;他们与银行的关系带有鲜明的中国特色。      在文献回顾之后,作者通过“银行家访谈”和“中小企业主问卷调查”两个环节,力图告诉大家:银行在对中小企业进行评估的时候,随着贷款额度的增加,评估重点会从经营数据逐步扩展到企业主人品和人力资源。首先,作者梳理了改革开放以来银行与私营企业的关系变化。分析了中小企业贷款难的种种原因。其次,作者通过分析“银行家访谈”信息,建立了一个模型,从几个维度讨论了银行放贷前如何评估中小企业。建模理论来自银行家的实践经验,因而具有现实意义。再次,作者就“中小企业主问卷调查”进行了细致的讨论。问卷含45个问题,涉及企业家贷款经历和获得贷款的经验等等,通过问卷调查进一步证明论文观点的合理性。这些数据有极强的参考价值。

乔元昊 英国奥斯特大学经济学博士。本科和硕士先后就读于中国东北财经大学和英国国王学院。现就职于星展银行香港分行。
